I. Main features and application range
HT chelated iron desulfurizer has good stability and high catalytic oxidation activity. The product can be widely used in the treatment of gases containing H2S, such as semi-water gas, water gas, coke oven gas, synthesis gas, natural gas, and acidic tail gas.
1. Reaction principle
1) Alkaline aqueous solution catalytic oxidation H2S
OH'+H2S=HS'+H2O
2Fe"+(chelated)+HS+OH'→2Fe3+(chelated)+S+H2O
2) Regeneration of iron ions:
2Fe3+(chelated)+1/2O2+H2O→2Fe2+(chelated)+2OH'
3. Technical characteristics
1) Low effluent volume and low by-salt generation.

4. Product introduction
4.1 HT-1 liquid desulfurizer. The main components are composed of complexing agents and auxiliaries. Its function is to supplement the complexing agent in the desulfurization liquid, stabilize the iron ion concentration, and the auxiliary agent can inhibit the generation of by-salt.
4.2 HT-2 powder desulfurizer. Mainly supplements iron and complexing agents to the desulfurization liquid.
