3A Molecular Sieve
3A molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminosilicate that can adsorb molecules with a critical diameter greater than 3A. In the water adsorption process, 3A molecular sieve can exclude other hydrocarbon molecules. It is widely used in the deep drying of petroleum cracked gases such as ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene, and natural gas, and can also be used for drying polar substances (such as ethanol), liquefied petroleum gas, and solvents. After adsorption by 3A molecular sieve, the water content of the gas can be reduced to less than 1 ppm (dew point less than -70°).

4A molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminosilicate that can adsorb molecules with a critical diameter no larger than 4A. It can adsorb H2O, NH3, H2S, SO2, CO2, C2H5OH, C2H6, C2H4, C3H6, etc. It is widely used in the drying of gases and liquids, and can also be used for the refining or purification of certain gases or liquids.
