II. Introduction to GTS Quebracho Desulfurizer
1. Overview: GTS Quebracho desulfurizer is a desulfurizer produced by water extraction and concentration of quebracho shells into heat-soluble quebracho, followed by pretreatment. It has good water solubility and strong oxygen-carrying capacity. At the same time, the tannins in the desulfurizer can form water-soluble complexes with metal ions (vanadium, manganese, iron). The variable-valence metal complex ions have selective oxidation of HS-, and are widely used in semi-water gas, water gas, and coke oven gas wet desulfurization.
2. Principle
① Alkaline aqueous absorption of H2S: Na2CO3+H2S→NaHS+NaHCO3
② Pentavalent vanadium ions oxidize HS- to precipitate sulfur, and pentavalent vanadium ions are reduced to tetravalent vanadium ions

At the same time, quinone quebracho also oxidizes HS- to precipitate elemental S, and quinone quebracho is reduced to phenolic quebracho.
③ Quinone quebracho oxidizes V4+ to V5+ to regenerate V5+.

④ Oxygen in the air oxidizes phenolic quebracho to quinone, regenerating quebracho, and simultaneously producing H2O2

III. GTS - 3. Introduction to Coke Oven Gas Desulfurizer:
GTS-3 coke oven gas desulfurizer is a composite desulfurizer developed by our company based on cobalt phthalocyanine desulfurizer after years of practical application. It has made significant breakthroughs in technology and has been proven by Hunan Hualing Liangan Steel, Jiangxi Xinyu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and Shandong Jinan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. to have outstanding advantages over similar products.
1. High desulfurization efficiency: Under the same operating conditions, the desulfurization efficiency is significantly improved, which can be increased by 10-20% compared with similar products.
2. Significantly reduced by-product salts in desulfurization liquid: The selective oxidation of HS- in the desulfurization liquid by GTS-3 desulfurizer can effectively avoid excessive oxidation and the large production of by-products such as thiosulfate and thiocyanate, which lead to high ammonia and alkali consumption, large wastewater discharge; or incomplete oxidation causing incomplete regeneration of the desulfurization liquid, affecting the desulfurization effect. Under the same process conditions, by-product salts can be reduced by more than 100g/L.
3. Significantly increased sulfur production. Currently, the most prominent and most troublesome problem in coke oven gas desulfurization in China is the low sulfur production, which is basically only 50% of the theoretical yield. Using our company's products, under the same process, the yield can be increased by 30%, reaching more than 80% of the theoretical yield.
4. Strong anti-poisoning performance. During production, if the tar content of coke oven gas seriously exceeds the standard, it is easy to cause poisoning of the desulfurizer, leading to long-term absence of sulfur foam during regeneration and serious H2S problems after desulfurization. This is very difficult to deal with.
Generally, a large amount of liquid needs to be discharged, and the desulfurization liquid needs to be re-prepared. It takes at least one week and up to ten days and a half to adjust before it can return to normal. Using our products, it can be adjusted in 2-3 days. Normal operation can be restored without discharging liquid.

IV. Product Instructions
All products of our company can be mixed, partially used, and used alone with any other desulfurizer.
1. When using GTS tanning desulfurizer, add an appropriate amount of water (or desulfurization liquid) and soda ash to the charging tank first, control the alkali concentration at 100-150g/L, then add the tanning agent, dissolve it with steam heating, control the temperature at 80-90℃, and activate it with air for 3-4 hours before use.
2. When using GTS-1 and GTS-2, add the desulfurizer and alkali to the alkali-making tank together, and after dissolving by heating at 80-90℃, it can be used.
3. GTS-3 desulfurizer requires a dedicated charging tank, and after air activation, it is continuously and uniformly added.
4. When changing from other desulfurizers to our company's products, the concentration should be increased to a certain amount according to the requirements of the technicians to reach the normal use state.
Transition period notes:
①The amount of desulfurizer used should be higher than the normal amount, and the concentration of the catalyst should be determined according to the specific process conditions.
②Adjust accordingly based on the production status and actual operating process.
5. During normal production, the components of the desulfurization liquid need to be analyzed to ensure the stability of the desulfurizer concentration.
V. GTS High-Efficiency Regeneration Injector
The GTS self-priming air injector is designed according to the process characteristics of wet desulfurization. The nozzle of the injector is made of stainless steel. The product is well-made, corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, non-destructive, has a long service life, has a large self-priming air volume, and is convenient for maintenance and installation. The relevant technical parameters are as follows:
①Liquid inlet pressure: 0.32-0.45MPa.
②Flow rate: Type I 40m3/h; Type II 50 m3/h.
