　　Recently, the Atmospheric Governance Business Unit signed a cooperation agreement with Hubei Huater Purification Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hubei Huater"), accelerating the cooperation and complementary advantages between the two parties in multiple fields such as coal gas deep desulfurization, and jointly developing new technologies for the environmental protection industry.

　　Hubei Huater specializes in the research and development, production, and sales of gas purification catalysts, with multiple production lines for blast furnace coal gas hydrolyzing agents, desulfurizing agents, and chemical catalysts.

　　Recently, leaders from the Atmospheric Governance Business Unit visited and inspected Hubei Huater Purification Technology Co., Ltd. Both teams discussed the development direction and cutting-edge technologies of the current coal gas deep desulfurization industry, negotiated cooperation models, and signed a cooperation agreement in the field of coal gas deep desulfurization. After the meeting, Zhang Hao, chairman of Hubei Huater, led a tour of the Wuhan laboratory and Chibi production base, providing a detailed introduction to Huater's various product lines.

　　With the support of national policies, the "source control" technology of coal gas deep desulfurization has developed rapidly in recent years. The Atmospheric Governance Business Unit has developed the "BW-DHA" blast furnace coal gas deep desulfurization technology, which has three major characteristics: "high," "low," and "long." "High" refers to high efficiency, "low" refers to low energy consumption, and "long" refers to long service life. In February 2024, the No. 1 blast furnace coal gas deep desulfurization project of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.'s ironmaking plant, constructed by the Atmospheric Governance Business Unit and using "BW-DHA" technology, was completed and put into operation. It processes 400,000 Nm³/h of coal gas, uses a unit design with four units in total, and is Baowu's first blast furnace full-diameter deep desulfurization source control project.

　　This cooperation will contribute to the long-term development of both parties in the field of coal gas deep desulfurization, enabling faster promotion of cooperation and complementary advantages, deepening cooperation in multiple fields, and jointly developing new technologies for the environmental protection industry.
