Qian'an Jiujiang blast furnace coal gas desulfurization unit (hydrolysis before TRT, desulfurization afterwards)

　　No. 7 Blast Furnace: 400,000 m³/h blast furnace gas desulfurization, using our company's pretreatment agent + hydrolyzing agent. The project was put into operation on June 2, 2024, with good results and a service life exceeding 7 months.

　　No. 8 Blast Furnace: 400,000 m³/h blast furnace gas desulfurization, using our company's pretreatment agent + hydrolyzing agent. The project was put into operation on July 1, 2024, with good results and a service life exceeding 7 months.

　　The blast furnace gas desulfurization units of blast furnaces No. 1 to No. 8 at Qian'an Jiujiang Wire Rod Plant were all constructed and maintained by Aluminum Energy Fresh, all using TRT pre-hydrolysis and then desulfurization technology. Blast furnaces No. 1 to No. 6 have repeatedly used agents from other manufacturers, none of which reached the design replacement cycle, with a lifespan of about 3 months; blast furnaces No. 7 and No. 8 use our company's protective agent and hydrolyzing agent, with excellent performance, and have been in use for more than 7 months.
