I. Main Features and Applications
TH-2 dehydrogenation catalyst is made by impregnating Pt and Pd metal salts and special promoters and stabilizers on an active alumina support, followed by drying, roasting, and reduction. It can be used for dehydrogenation of various raw gases and can prevent explosions caused by excessive hydrogen content in high-pressure synthesis tail gas.
