I. Main Features and Applications
HT-215 deoxygenation and desulfurization bifunctional catalyst is a new type of deoxygenation and desulfurization catalyst. It is a new type of deoxygenation and desulfurization catalyst improved on the basis of T211 cobalt molybdenum hydrodesulfurization catalyst and HT-213 nickel molybdenum hydrodesulfurization catalyst. It can be used at a lower temperature (160-180℃) to achieve good deoxygenation and desulfurization effects, and is easy to sulfurize. It is suitable for the removal of oxygen and sulfur from gases with high oxygen and organic sulfur content, such as semi-water gas, crude gas, and coke oven gas.
II. Reaction Principle
1. Deoxygenation reaction principle: O2+2H2=2H2O
2. Desulfurization reaction principle:
COS+H2=CO+H2S CS2+4H2=2H2S+CH4
RSH+H2=RH+H2S R1SR2+2H2=R1H+R2H+H2S
C4H4S+4H2=C4H10+H2S where R represents an alkyl group.
