3A molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminosilicate that adsorbs molecules with a critical diameter greater than 3A. During water adsorption, 3A molecular sieve can exclude other hydrocarbon molecules. It is widely used in the deep drying of petroleum cracked gases such as ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene, and natural gas. It can also be used to dry polar substances (such as ethanol), liquefied petroleum gas, and solvents. After adsorption by 3A molecular sieve, the water content of the gas can be reduced to less than 1 ppm (dew point less than -70°).
GTS tannin desulfurizer is produced by water extraction of acorn shells, concentrated into heat-soluble tannin, and then pretreated to produce a tannin desulfurizer. It has good water solubility and strong oxygen-carrying capacity. At the same time, the tannin in the desulfurizer can form water-soluble complexes with metal ions (vanadium, manganese, iron). The redox metal complexes selectively oxidize HS-, and are widely used in wet desulfurization of semi-water gas, water gas, and coke oven gas.
