GTS tannin desulfurizer is produced by water extraction of acorn shells, concentrated into a heat-soluble tannin, and then pre-treated to produce a tannin desulfurizer. It has good water solubility and strong oxygen-carrying capacity. At the same time, the tannins in the desulfurizer can form water-soluble complexes with metal ions (vanadium, manganese, iron). The redox metal complex ions have selectivity for the oxidation of HS-, and are widely used in wet desulfurization of semi-water gas, water gas, and coke oven gas.

Product Details

  GTS tannin desulfurizing agent is produced by water extraction and concentration of acorn shells into heat-soluble tannin, followed by pretreatment. It features good water solubility and strong oxygen-carrying capacity. The tannins in the desulfurizing agent can form water-soluble complexes with metal ions (vanadium, manganese, iron). The polyvalent metal complex ions selectively oxidize HS-, making it widely applicable to wet desulfurization of semi-water gas, water gas, and coke oven gas.

  2.1 Solid content (tannin + non-tannin) ≥85%

  2.2 Moisture ≤12%

  3.1 Tannin: ≤15g/kg·H2S

  3.2 V2O5: ≤2g/kg·H2S

  3.3 Alkali consumption: ≤250g/kg·H2S

 

  GTS High-Efficiency Regeneration Injector

  The GTS self-priming air injector is designed according to the process characteristics of wet desulfurization. The injector nozzle is made of stainless steel, featuring exquisite workmanship, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, no breakage, long service life, large self-priming air volume, and convenient maintenance and installation. Relevant technical parameters are as follows:

  4.1 Liquid inlet pressure: 0.32-0.45 MPa.

  4.2 Flow rate: Type Ⅰ 40m3/h; Type Ⅱ 50m3/h.

  4.3 Air suction: ≥300m3/h.

  4.4 Vacuum: 300mmHg.
